Baoxing Qiu
Fellow of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences; Former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; Chairman of Chinese Society For Urban Studies, CSUS.
Research field:

Qiu Baoxing is the Fellow of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, Former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, Chairman of Chinese Society For Urban Studies, CSUS. He also serves as a doctoral supervisor of Tongji University, Renmin University of China, Zhejiang University, Tianjin University and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, CASS. He has got doctor degree in economics and urban planning. He has successively served as the main person in charge of the party and government of Yueqing City, Jinhua City and Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province for nearly 18 years.

As a visiting scholar, he went to Harvard University to participate in relevant project research. He used to be the deputy minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), in charge of urban planning and construction for 13 years. He has won many awards from UNESCO, International Green Building Association and International Water Association. Many works of his have been translated and published by publishers in UK, German, Italy and other countries.

Qin Zhang
Former Vice Chairman of China Association for Science and Technology, Fellow of International Nuclear Energy Academy.
Research field:

Qin Zhang received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in nuclear engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1982, 1984, and 1989, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA, and the University of California at Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, USA, from 1987 to 1989, where he was involved in research on system reliability engineering and fault diagnoses. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, from 1990 to 1991, where he was an Associate Professor with the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology (INET), from 1991 to 1993. He was with the Department Manager of China Technology Innovation Corporation, Beijing, and the General Manager of Xiamen United Corporation for Technology Innovation, Xiamen, China, from 1993 to 1997. He was the Head of the Chongqing Science and Technology Commission, Chongqing, China, from 1997 to 2003, and the Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, from 2003 to 2009. From 2009 to 2016, he was the Vice President and the Executive Secretary of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). He is currently a Professor with INET and the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University. He is a member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC, an Emeritus Member of CAST, a fellow of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), and the Director of the Specialized Committee of AI with Uncertainty under CAAI.

Gian Luca Brunetti
Associate professor, Department of Architectural Technology, the Polytechnic of Milan, Italy.
Research field:Building design; Building optimization; Meta modelling; Design methods; Bioclimatic design.
Gian Luca Brunetti graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1991. From 1992 to 1995 he worked as an architectural designer in the architectural workshop of Marcello Pietrantoni in Milan. In 1995 he obtained a scholarship for a PhD research at the Polytechnic University of Milan. He defended his PhD thesis on thermal transition spaces in Architecture in April 1999 (supervisor: Prof. Bianca Bottero). In 1998 he became a graduate technician at the ABITA Laboratory, Polytechnic University of Milan, Department of Building, Environment and Sciences (BEST, now ABC). In 2006 he became a researcher of Architectural Technology at the Polytechnic University of Milan, Faculty of Architecture and Society. Since 2016 he is associate professor of Architectural Technology at the Polytechnic of Milan.
Zhenghua Chen
Scientist, PI and Lab Head at Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore.
Research field:sensor data analytics, machine learning, transfer learning and related applications (e.g., smart building and smart manufacturing).

Dr. Zhenghua Chen received the B.Eng. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China and Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Currently, he is a Scientist, PI and Lab Head at Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore, and an Early Career Investigator at Centre for Frontier AI Research (CFAR), A*STAR, Singapore.

Dr. Chen has published two books and more than 80 journal/conference papers, including IEEE TNNLS, Tcyber, TII, TIE, AAAI, NeurIPS, IJCAI, ICCV, etc. He serves as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement and Elsevier Neurocomputing, and Early Career Advisory Board for IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica. He has been listed as World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University at 2020 and 2021. Besides, he has won several competitive awards, such as A*STAR Career Development Award, First Place Winner for UG2+ Prize Challenge at CVPR 2021, Finalist Academic Paper Award of IEEE ICPHM 2020, etc. He is currently the Vice Chair of IEEE Sensors Council Chapter, Singapore and IEEE Senior Member. His research interests include sensor data analytics, machine learning, transfer learning and related applications (e.g., smart building and smart manufacturing).

Vesna Šešum-Čavić
Associate Professor, University of Belgrade, Serbia & Lecturer, Vienna University of Technology, Austria.
Research field:swarm intelligence, evolutionary computation, network optimization, p2p systems, theory and design of algorithms, combinatorial optimization, complex systems, self-organization, and multi-agent systems.

Vesna Šešum-Čavić is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade and Senior Scientist and University Lecturer in Computational Intelligence, Institute of Information Systems Engineering, Compilers and Languages Group, Vienna University of Technology, Austria. She is a graduated mathematician (Dipl.Math) and Magistar of Computer Science (Mag.) from University of Belgrade. She received a doctoral degree in Computer Science from Vienna University of Technology (Dr. techn.). Her research interests cover swarm intelligence, evolutionary computation, network optimization, p2p systems, theory and design of algorithms, combinatorial optimization, complex systems, self-organization, and multi-agent systems. She combines her double background – mathematics and computer sciences, using them in the scope of computational intelligence, specifically nature-inspired computational methodologies, and applying to complex real-world problems from the domain of distributed systems. Computational Intelligence was her main choice as it is a multidisciplinary, interesting area with numerous applications in real life.

Vesna was the Chair of IEEE Women in Computational Intelligence in 2019 and member of the IEEE Women in Engineering Committee. She has served as conference chair, program committee member, and keynote speaker of international conferences. She served as the Associated Editor of IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence and currently, she is an Associated Editor of IEEE Open Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems.

Deepshikha Shukla

Deepshikha Shukla is an Associate Professor at Department of Civil Engineering, Acropolis Institute of Technology & Research, Indore. She graduated from National Institute of Technology, Raipur in 1999 followed by Masters then PhD in 2021 from National Institute of Technology, Surat. Research publications include journals of both National and International repute. Authored many research papers, book chapters and have worked on smart city projects and conducted many workshops focusing onGreen Building Technologies, Smart Infrastructure Operations,Environmental and Occupational Health. Member of many professional bodies such as Institution of Engineers' India (IEI), Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS), Indian Society for TechnicalEducation (ISTE) to name a few.

Nirmalya Thakur
Assistant Teaching Professor, Department of Computer Science, Emory University, USA.
Research field:Human-Computer interaction, Big data, Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Internet of things, Pattern recognition, and Natural language processing.

Dr. Nirmalya Thakur is currently working as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Emory University, USA. He is also the Director of the Research Group on Data Driven Innovations for Human-Technology Symbiosis at Emory University. His research interests include Human-Computer Interaction, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Pattern Recognition, and Natural Language Processing. He has co-authored 42 peer-reviewed publications (13 journal papers, 27 conference papers, and 2 invited book chapters) in these fields (Scopus H-index 9, 249 citations, Link to Scopus Profile). He has delivered 28 presentations as an invited speaker/presenter at international conferences and universities in 9 countries: the United States, Canada, China, France, Denmark, Nepal, Malaysia, Switzerland, and Indonesia. Dr. Thakur is a globally celebrated scholar in the field of Computer Science and he has received several awards, honors, and recognitions both at a national and international level. He was featured in the American Scientist Magazine after receiving a Grant in Aid of Research from the National Academy of Sciences and he has received certificates of appreciation from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) for his outstanding contributions as a reviewer for their conferences (certificate from IEEE, certificate from EAI). In addition to the above, he serves as a Full Member of SigmaXi (nominated), member of IEEE, member of ACM, member of IEEE Sensors Council, and member of IEEE Systems Council.
